HTL PSR is a placemaking anchor.
We work with artists, organisers, collectives, and institutions to develop cultural programming that’s rooted in place and made for participation.
From exhibitions and workshops to film nights, residencies, and rooftop performances, we co-create experiences that speak to both local and visiting audiences.
This is an evolving programme—shaped by collaboration, curiosity, and a shared desire to activate space with meaning.

BIENNIAL
Curating Denpasar, together.
HTL PSR is a founding co-producer of the Bali Biennial—a long-term initiative focused on cultural production, urban collaboration, and creative research in Bali’s capital.
The first edition, Curating Denpasar, focuses on discovering and amplifying the city’s existing identities through exhibitions, activations, and public programmes.
Open Call: inviting artists, architects, writers, and residents to shape the city from within.
